Owned and run by Kevin & Sally Pearson, Arden is a traditional English family home offering all the usual comforts.
Arden is a large detached house with a pleasant garden, extremely conveniently situated but in a very quiet and attractive suburban location with off street parking.

Woking is a thriving centre for commerce and service industries with very many internationally known businesses having offices based here such as Maclaren Racing
It is also known for the number of its residents who work in London because of the excellence of its rail link to the city - London Waterloo can be reached in 24 minutes - with a very regular service.
Woking is the hub of the railway network from London to the Southwest
It is only 5 miles to Junction 10 of the M25 and Junction 11 and the A3 and M3 are as easily reached.
Terminal 5 Heathrow Airport is about 20 minutes away whilst Gatwick Airport can be reached in just over half an hour's drive
There is a regular direct bus link from Woking Railway Station to Heathrow
Hampton Court, Windsor Castle, Ascot, Kempton Park, Sandown Park and Epsom race courses are all within half an hour's easy drive

Our minimum room rates vary from :-
Single Room - 50 pounds
Standard Double Room - from 75 pounds per couple - single occupancy from 55 pounds
Kingsize, Twin & Superking Double Rooms - from 80 pounds per couple - single occupancy from 60 pounds
